TC50 jaw crushers
The TC50 Series towable tractor powered jaw crusher is designed for crushing marble, concrete, bricks, blocks, paving slabs, demolition material and rock. It gives an approximate output of up to 50 tonnes per hour, depending upon material density, feed size, how it is loaded and weather conditions.
Our range of mobile crushers can be used for various applications including dynamic recycling. Each crusher has a state-of-the-art crusher box that uses hydraulic crushing action. The latches on the crusher can be attached to a tractor, and easily transported from one place to another.
Specifications
Primary jaw crusher
It comes in the size 650mm x 400mm, with hydraulic single toggle jaw adjustment, manganese steel jaw plates, powered by a hydraulic piston motor and fitted with steel flywheels, 800mm in diameter.
The crusher has a feed hopper to ensure a regulated feed to the crusher. The reciprocal movement of the crusher ensures this constant feed. The jaws are hydraulically adjustable from 100mm down to 25mm at the touch of a lever.
Power source
From a tractor PTO drive shaft, to a gearbox and pump assembly on the trailer, fitted with an oil tank, filters and control valve to operate the crusher and conveyor discharge. A tractor with a minimum of 60 hp is required to operate this crusher.
Conveyor
The conveyor belt is 550mm wide, powered by a hydraulic motor and drum, and made of a tear-resistant material. The discharge height is approximately 1.7m. The conveyor is fitted with a wear-resistant plastic feed hopper at the bottom end. This conveyor slides under the crusher on plastic slides for quick and easy removal. A wide variation of speed adjustment on the belt is operated by a micrometre control on the valve assembly.
Chassis
The chassis is primarily made from a rigid box steel section, mounted onto an ADR single axle unit with large low ground pressure tyres. The unit is fitted with an easy pick up tow ring.
Safety
Safety guards are fitted to the flywheels and drive belt.
Finish
Painted in a steel primer and a gloss finish powder coat of black, the guards and hopper are in tiger orange and black.
